Strategy & Advisory for
Organizations
The Problem
You’ve built a great product or service and hired a solid team, but every day the Leadership Team is pulled into operational crises: budget overruns, missed deadlines, misaligned priorities. With 15‑250 people, those fires quickly drain energy and keep the team from the big‑picture work that drives growth or impact. While AI tools are increasing business velocity, the team’s intellectual horsepower is held back by the lack of practical operational frameworks.
The Solution
As your organization’s Strategist and Advisor we work with you to:
Align the leadership team around crystal‑clear mission, and measurable objectives.
Install decision frameworks and leading business indicators that surface problems before they become emergencies.
Create people‑evaluation processes that keep talent motivated, accountable, and growing.
Build a strong, unified culture so every employee pulls in the same direction.
What Working Together Looks Like
Over a 6-month, step‑by‑step Management Operating System (MOS) implementation, we embed:
Annual Planning: Company and/or Team-wide Mission, Vision, Values alignment and 1-year, 3-year and 1-year targets
Quarterly Rocks: 90-day work sprint goal‑setting, leading indicator KPI review, objective team evaluation
Quarterly Conversations: Process health, culture pulse, personnel engagement
Weekly MOS Meeting: Data reviews, team recognition, blockers, drive to decisions
Continuous Improvement: Scorecards, SOP libraries, company-wide skills and leadership workshops, 1:1 Leadership Team executive coaching
Your Leadership Team is buried working in the business; together we create the operating discipline that lets them step back to work on the business.
What You Gain
Strategic Alignment: Leadership Team and employees understand and are working toward the 10-year North Star, 3-year Waypoint, 1-year Roadmap, resulting in fewer "shiny object syndrome" distractions.
Execution Discipline: Quarterly Rocks, weekly MOS meetings, and leading-indicator KPI scorecards enable the Leadership Team to focus on their strategic work instead of fire-fighting.
People First Leadership: Values alignment, neuroscience-based executive coaching and EQ development workshops build a strong company culture, enabling the whole team to thrive and do their best work.
Self-Sustaining System: Leading business indicator dashboards & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library enable the Leadership Team to trust the process and ensure autonomous Management Operating System operation.
The Outcome
1. You gain confidence that the Leadership Team is making the right day‑to‑day decisions, and is able to focus on strategic initiatives, new markets, and long‑term vision.
2. The Leadership Team is focused what’s most important for the business, and the Management Operating System is fully self-sustaining.
3. The business is on track for sustainable, long-term performance that’s aligned with its Vision and Values.
Why the Management Operating System (MOS)?
The success of MOS lies in its 3 key pillars:
A field-tested, simple and effective operations system and methodologies implementation,
1:1 Executive Coaching for the Leadership Team, and
Professional development workshops for employees.
This approach to company operations is based on the successful EOS model developed by Gino Wickman, with the addition of organizational psychology tools developed by Wharton professor Adam Grant, neuroscience-based management theory from Simon Sinek, as well as other modalities proven as the #1 predictors of team success in studies at Google and other high-tech firms.
MOS has been successfully implemented with Executive and Leadership Team coaching and employee-wide workshops and training at companies in the aerospace, tech and non-profit sectors.
