  1. Kick‑off & Vision Alignment (2 days) – Alignment of Leadership Team around the Mission, Vision and Values of the business. Strategic vision planning through co‑creation of the long-term business roadmap as 10‑year North Star and 3‑year Waypoint targets. Neuroscience-based Effective Teaming workshop for the Leadership Team.
