An inspiring and highly interactive, business-focused introduction to mindfulness-based emotional intelligence skills. Originally developed at Google, Search Inside Yourself teaches practical mindfulness, emotional intelligence and leadership tools to unlock your team’s full potential at work and in life.
Search Inside Yourself is taught both online and in-person in over 50 countries. The program takes an evidence-based approach combining neuroscience, attention-training and emotional intelligence, and provides practical tools that can be applied immediately in life or at work.
We start with a foundation of mindfulness, and build the core emotional intelligence domains that lead to outstanding Leadership: Empathy, Motivation, Self-Management, Self-Awareness, Awareness of Others and Relationship Management.
This program i highly experiential and includes individual and small group exercises. It can be delivered as a 60 or 90 minute interactive Keynote, or a 1 or 2 day highly experiential Program.
